ABOUT / THE THROUGHLINE

I’ve spent most of my career working inside complex creative and technical systems.

The work has ranged from AAA game audio and interactive media to production support, tooling, and cross-functional delivery | but the throughline has always been the same: helping complex work move with more clarity.

01 / CAREER FOUNDATION

Audio taught me how high-stakes creative work actually gets made.

I started in game audio, where I spent 18+ years across Blizzard, Larian, Meta, Cloud Imperium Games, Notorious Studios, Hasbro, Hi-Rez, and other production environments designing, implementing, shipping, and supporting work that had to survive real production pressure.

That experience gave me a practical education in delivery: the work is only as strong as the systems that let people build, review, decide, and iterate together.

02 / THE TURNING POINT

Over time, I realized I was drawn to the system around the sound.

How teams communicate. How decisions get made. How tools shape behavior. Where handoffs break. Why rework happens. Why talented people end up fighting process instead of doing their best work.

That became the throughline.

03 / CURRENT DIRECTION

Audio is a major part of my experience. It doesn’t define the edge of what I want to build.

Today, I’m interested in technical leadership, workflow design, production systems, AI-assisted work, software, operations, and consulting. The same systems lens applies wherever people are trying to make complex work more durable and easier to execute.

04 / MY APPROACH

Understand the people. Find the friction. Build a better system.

That might mean an audio pipeline, an implementation architecture, a review process, an AI workflow, a production framework, or a tool that removes repetitive work.

I’m less interested in adding process for its own sake than in making complex work clearer, more durable, and easier to execute.

05 / THE NAME FOR THE WORK

Turning chaos into systems.

That’s the work I’ve been doing for years. I just have a broader name for it now.
