KYLE WEBB — SYSTEMS / SOUND / AI
Turning chaos
into systems.
I help creative and technical teams build clearer workflows, stronger pipelines, and systems that make better work possible.
01 / THE THROUGHLINE
Not another portfolio.
A working mental map.
For more than 18 years, I’ve helped ship AAA games, interactive media, and consumer products across teams at Blizzard, Larian, Meta, Cloud Imperium Games, Notorious Studios, Hasbro, and Hi-Rez. The work has always required the same habit: make complex creative output easier to plan, build, review, and sustain.
The common thread is simple: notice the mess, understand the people inside it, then build a clearer way forward.
02 / WORK IN ACTION
Four long-term bodies of work. One systems practice.
01
AAA Audio
18+ years across Blizzard, Larian, Meta, Cloud Imperium Games, Notorious Studios, Hasbro, and Hi-Rez—spanning sound design, implementation, pipeline development, and production leadership.
02
Devil's Silence / Multi-Agent System
A serious technical portfolio project exploring AI orchestration, multi-agent workflows, automation, and systems architecture.
03
MeatMaster
An AI workflow assistant inspired by real operational friction: inventory, handoffs, staffing pressure, and repetitive work. Adapted for humans, not enterprise softwar.
04
Laguna Haven
An umbrella for the long-term ownership philosophy: build useful systems rather than sell hours, one practical division at a time.
03 / PRODUCTION RECORD
18+ years of shipping work that has to hold up.
From World of Warcraft, Diablo III, Overwatch, Hearthstone, and StarCraft II to Baldur’s Gate 3 and Legacy: Steel & Sorcery, I’ve led and supported sound, implementation, and production systems across large, cross-functional teams.

03 / FIELD NOTES
Systems worth improving are usually hiding in plain sight.
Optimizing frameworks builds better teams. Game development, business development & operations experience has given me a closer view of the practical gaps that hinder or define a team's success. Unclear handoffs, brittle processes, and teams doing their best inside systems that were never designed for the reality on the floor.
The goal is learning from the workflow itself, then turning those observations into better practices that fit the team, more adaptable talent, predictable and consistent practices, and better delivery. People do their best work in systems that support their expertise, not the other way around..
REDUCING RISK, AND REDUNDANCY SAVES ITERATION TIME AND CREATES OPPORTUNITY
04 / OPEN TO THE RIGHT PROBLEMS
If the workflow is getting in the way of the work, let’s talk.
